I didn’t know how to use the phone so I ask to pass once a while to check and they did. Our room came with the butler so we did enjoy having our reservations for the restaurants (in Bahamas we had no butler and we had issue with chairs and restaurants). Sandals is a resort you want to go with a butler or else you could have some desagrements that you don’t want in that kind of expensive resort. The suite is perfect on the beach right in the middle of the 2 resorts. FIRST GET REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE IF YOURE PLANNING TO GO.
